At least one author from each paper is required to register and attend the ISI 2005 conference in order to present the paper.

Should you require a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference or apply for a visa, please print the attached form, "Request for Visa Assistance," and fax to Ms. Catherine A. Larson, 520-621-2433.

Ms. Larson will then send a letter of invitation to the address you have provided on the form.
